| 2009-08-26 | | | Opsis UK Distributor, Enviro Technology has received an order for 5 CEM systems from GDF SUEZ Energy UK, Europe’s largest CCGT plant.
| The power station, sited in Teesside, UK, has a generation capacity of 1875 MW and produces enough power for approximately 3% of the UK’s needs.
The order is for 5 systems to measure NOx (as NO and NO2), SO2, CO and O2.
The order was placed after an extensive evaluation process between many different vendors and technologies, and cost of ownership was considered as important as up-front purchase cost.
