OPSIS PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy has been adopted by OPSIS AB, and it also applies to its subsidiary OPSIS GmbH. ‘We’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ below refers collectively to OPSIS AB and OPSIS GmbH. The policy describes our handling of personal information about visitors to our websites and our social media profiles/pages, subscribers to our newsletter or other information provided by us, job applicants, representatives of our customers and suppliers, and our employees.

We are committed to respecting your privacy, and we strive for a high level of protection for any handling of personal information. This policy describes how we will treat your personal information. We also comply with all applicable laws and regulations such as the Data Protection Act (DPA), the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulation (PECR) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

WHY DO WE COLLECT AND STORE PERSONAL INFORMATION?

However, withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the storage and processing based on your consent before its withdrawal, and it will not affect the lawfulness of our continued storage and processing that is based on any other lawful basis for storage and processing of your personal data.
