OPSIS System 400 offers three monitoring solutions adapted to different site conditions.
This video focuses on the 400HWE (Hot-Wet-Extractive) configuration. Like the 400FL, the 400HWE uses a separate measurement cell positioned away from the gas duct, providing flexibility when direct access to the duct is challenging.
In the 400HWE system, gas is extracted using a traditional sampling unit. This results in a lower gas flow and slower gas exchange within the measurement cell, but can also make the installation simpler and more practical for certain applications.
The System 400HWE is typically equipped with an AR600 analyser and can be supplemented with an AR650 to enable detection of additional gas species.
One of its key advantages is the option to install a gas converter at the inlet of the measurement cell. This makes it possible to measure additional pollutants, including total mercury, low concentrations of H₂S, and total reduced sulfur (TRS).
For even broader monitoring capabilities, two measurement cells can be combined with a converter between them. This provides a cost-effective, flexible solution capable of measuring a wider range of gases while maintaining low maintenance requirements.
