A Complete Measurement System

In this video, we take a closer look at the OPSIS System 400 and how it functions as a complete solution for gas analysis.

The system combines four essential components:

a transmitter,
a receiver,
an optical fibre, and
an analyser.

Working together, these components enable reliable and accurate measurements of gases in industrial processes.

Three Configurations, Flexible Applications

System 400 is available in three configurations: Cross Stack (400CS), Fast Loop (400FL) and Hot Wet Extractive (400HWE). Each version uses a different approach to route the gas to the measurement point, allowing the system to be adapted to different applications and installation conditions.

The measurement distance is typically 1–2 metres, but this can be adjusted to meet specific requirements and site conditions.

The most suitable configuration depends on factors such as the measurement environment, the gases being monitored, and the applicable requirements.

System 400 can also be customised and expanded as monitoring needs change. Additional gases, monitoring paths, and accessories can be added to enable simultaneous measurement of multiple gases.

This modular approach makes System 400 a versatile solution for a wide range of gas analysis applications.
