High-Performance In-Situ Monitoring

OPSIS System 400 provides three monitoring solutions designed to suit different site conditions.

This video focuses on the 400CS (Cross-Stack) configuration, a cost-effective and high-performance solution for measuring gas concentrations at power plants and other industrial facilities.

The basic 400CS configuration uses UV-DOAS technology to measure a wide range of gas compounds directly in the gas flow. An AR600 analyser evaluates the light passing through the gas, enabling accurate in-situ measurements without extracting the gas from the duct. This configuration can monitor substances including NO, NH₃, SO₂, Hg, and NO₂.

Flexible and Comprehensive Gas Analysis

For applications requiring measurement of additional gases, the system can be expanded with an AR650 analyser using FTIR-DOAS technology. This makes it possible to detect gases such as CO, CO₂, HCl, and HF.

By combining these analyser options, System 400CS can be tailored to specific monitoring requirements, providing a flexible and comprehensive solution for a wide range of industrial gas analysis applications.
